Two layer construction, hi-wicking premium tricot with an ultra smooth matte face and back with 4-way active stretch.  Bi-layer means that two layers of tricot have been fused together to create this fabric.  Ample 12 oz. per yard weight.  Feels cool and smooth.  This is a very stable, easy to sew solid to work with.  Washed, pressed and topstitched well.  Would work great for leggings, sports bras, blazer/jacket, knit dress, or joggers.  Please note width is narrow at 54" wide and watch your cutting near the selvedge edge.  The bonded layers do end there.
